Bought a really cute jacket for $99 last Fall. But I lost it.
I HATED working here. Never again working here. It’s true there’s not a lot of cashiers because they have most people working on other stuff. I had a manager disrespect me & I told another manager but they never did anything in the situation. Thankfully I have a better job & better pay & where I get treated with respect. Most of my friends who I made there HATED this place too so I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. They don’t even deserve a single star for how they treated me.
Would get 5 stars if they had "husband chairs". The distinct lack of seating for us husbands that don't really want to be here, but get dragged along by our wives while they force us to give unenthusiastic feedback on outfits they have already decided on...Very callous of Khols. Think about those of us who are often the ones paying for our wives and daughter's to come spend a bunch of money there. Make us comfortable and strategically located and you will increase your sales.
Great store, customer service, always clean and friendly. I recently called looking for a shirt for work. I had been to over 12 stores no luck at all, i needed a black button up dress shirt. I decided to call the rest first and save time, gas, another wasted trip.. bc van huesen, Christopher banks, lane Bryant, etc did not have ANY... I had just called ROSS bc it was suggested to me. I was rudely told to come "LOOK FOR MYSELF" but not KHOLS they not only found what i needed, but she put aside 3 different ones for me at customer service. and was absolutely the nicest ever. THANK YOU khols for caring, putting your customers first! IT really makes a huge difference, ONE more reason i choose Khols!
Shopping for Christmas for 11 year old daughter. Points off for narrow or cluttered aisles for power chair shopper.
